Have a home user attempting to setup a960 with answering machine.  Have the answering machine hooked to AUX port and option set to Fax Tone Heard.  Still unable to receive faxes.  Able to send.  He is able to receive faxes if I disconnect the answering machine. Attempted different options on the printer with the answering machine...NADA.  Called dell support.  On the phone for at least an hour.  At the end they stated the answering ISN'T COMPATIBLE with the MFP.  Has anyone experienced this issue and have any suggestions - PLEASE?!
