clean re-install software question...

I just got my e1505 in the mail, and would like to do a clean re-install, as to undo the partioning in the harddrive.  Now I understand this process, but I have a question.  While I would be happy without much of the junk software that comes pre-installed, so of it I would like to keep, and Im not sure if it is downloadable anywhere (PowerDVD, Musicmatch, Roxio CD/DVD creator).  As per my undertsanding I will lose these when I do a clean reinstall, and all I have in the way of cd's that came with the computer is the XP Reinstall CD and the Drivers CD.  So, are these applications not on any cd?  When I clean reinstall will I lose them?  How can I get them back?  Is there a way to perhaps burn an installation cd for them?  Thanks for whatever answers you can provide.

Denny already responded to the duplicate of this message on the Other Software forum, which you may not have seen, with a link to Dell contact options.

The CDs may be requested from Dell Support if a user deems the disks are necessary (duh), and chances are pretty good the request will be fullfilled if the system is still in warranty and the disks were not previously delivered.

you can also contact customer care and have them sent to you. but you can only receive ressource discs corresponding to a system on the current product line. thats means you can get forget getting a new drivers cd for you inspiron 6000 for example
