Every time I command to print a Word, Wordpad document or a web page online, my printer grinds to a halt, spitting out a blank paper from a previous command. I have gone through all the troubleshooting items for my printer (Apollo P2150U) to no avail. Strangely, the printer did recently print a Mapquest page, then quit printing anything else. I have tried restoring my system to an earlier date when the printer was working fine but that did nothing to solve the problem. I wonder if the cause might be the fact that I recently dragged two icons from my Program menu, Word and Weatherbug, without holding down the Control key, so those icons disappeared altogether from the Program menu. I can create and file new documents fine, and access all my old documents, etc., I just can't print them nor print most web pages.
