Can you guys help me - what are the exact requirements and user rights needed on ESX server so Virtual Servers can function properly?

Our security policies are quite strict so I can get only read-only user for this purpose. Are read only user rights on ESX enough?

Also, is it possible to add LDAP (Active Directory) user on ESX with read-only rights?

Documentation is not so detail regarding that matter.
