I am running into an error for backups on this Dell PowerEdge T430 server where the backup error message says the BCD and the BCD.LOG are in use. Upon speaking to the backup vendor (Evault) multiple times, I finally got an answer that the BCD.LOG file needs to be cleared because it is too large for the partition for a snapshot to start. I am unable to find a way to access this partition. I have given it a drive letter through diskpart, and I can find the file with a dir /s /a:h command, but other than that, I cannot do anything. I have no permissions to view it in the gui or move it from system level command-line. Thoughts?
