No bootable devices black screen

Hello my dell vostro 5470 says no bootable devices..I've tried bios but nothing is changing.kindly assist.

This web page may help. But I would run diagnostics first (F12 immediately at boot) to make sure the HDD/SSD has not failed. Otherwise it could be a corrupt BCD or MBR. In which case the web page I referred to will help.
