Trying to find a way to set in the Dell BIOS the option for "Enable Non-Admin Password Changes" to Off/Disable. I'd like to use Command | Configure (CCTK) for setting the BIOS P/W and that option. If this option is left on before setting the BIOS P/W users can still set a System Password (syspwd) or hard drive password (hddpwd) with relative ease.

 I can't seem to find this option in the Command Configure either. The closest option I've found is enabling AdminSetupLockout option which then locks out the BIOS Setup screen entirely. But, an IT Admin would still need to then unlock the BIOS for changes.
