My computer came with XP loaded on it but no backup CD.  Dell gives instructions on how to make a backup CD.  They say go to Dell Accessories then Dell OS Recovery Utility where it will give you instructions on making a back up CD.  When I go to Dell Accessories the only options that I have are "Drivers Reset"  and "Express Service Code".  How can I make a backup CD for the XP operating system???
