I have a 1.8ghz celeron with 384 megs of ram, but whenever I open IE it takes a while to load, maybe 30 seconds. Whenever I open up new broswer windows it takes the same time as well, locking up the computer while it waits. All my other programs load very quickly, anyone have any ideas as to why IE takes so long to load? I don't have anything in the background other than McAffe Security Center...
