Hi,

i've a XPS 13 9370.

I was installing Windows 11, all went fine.

Now if i power on, the laptop stay with the keyboard backlight always on (also the capslock) and black screen.

I tried:

Removed battery

Removed CMOS battery

keep power button pressed for 60 sec

CTRL+ESC will give me 3 amber + 3 white (no recovery image)

Boot with D pressed will show all colours.

What should I do? How can i create a bios img rcv? or how can I recovery?
