How do I receive my discount?

1. Click here to sign in or create an account.
2. Register for Dell Rewards by clicking the Dell Rewards box when you create your My Account.
3. Verify your employee status with a valid work email address.
4. Your member discount will be automatically applied to applicable items and you will see the discount applied once you get to your Dell.ca cart.

Who is eligible?

Employees with a valid partner company email address are eligible for the member discount.

How do I know what discount I am eligible for?

The employee discount varies by company. Verify your employee status with a valid work email address to see which discount you qualify for.

Do I have to use my work email address to create my account?

You can create an account with any email address. You will need a work email address with a partner company to verify employee status within your account.

I’m getting an error when I try to verify my work email address.

• Your email address must include your company’s domain. Example: johntest@johnscompany.ca
• You cannot use an email address to verify employee status that is already in use for verification by another customer.
• If your company is not already registered as part of Dell’s member purchase program. Please email to get your company registered: Canada_MPP@Dell.com

I already have an account. Do I have to create a new account to get the employee discount?

No, login to your existing account here and complete the employee verification on the membership tab to receive your employee discount.

What is Dell Rewards?

Dell Rewards is a free way to unlock fantastic perks and get valuable rewards for using Dell.ca to shop the tech you love. Joining Dell Rewards in Canada lets you earn points on Dell purchases which can be redeemed in Canada for dollars-off your next great Dell purchase, special offers and more. Dollars-off will be in the form of rebates called 'Dell Dollars'. I’m shopping on Dell.ca but I don’t see my discount.

The employee discount will be applied to eligible products in your Dell.ca cart.

Can I use a coupon with my employee discount?

The employee discount is valid with select offers but not with other coupons. Limited quantity deals, order codes, clearance offers, warranties, gift cards and other select PCs, electronics and accessories are also excluded from the discount.  

Are there product limits for the employee discount?

The employee discount is valid for 3 products per transaction up to 5 transactions per year.   

Is my employee discount valid at other stores that sell Dell products?

No, the employee discount is only valid on Dell.ca.
