Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by you and Dell, the Cloud Subscriptions Schedule to the Commercial Terms of Sale applies to all cloud services offered to customers. In addition to the Cloud Subscriptions Schedule to the Commercial Terms of Sale, individual SaaS and cloud offerings are described in greater detail in the Service Descriptions, Service Offering Descriptions or Offer Specifications (collectively either “Service Specification” or “Subscription Specification”) available in English here. For non-English versions of the Service or Subscription Specifications, choose your location and applicable service from this link.
