Dell will match prices from qualifying online retailers and competitors. We also guarantee that you will receive the best price if our prices decrease during the period starting with the purchase date and ending on the 15th day following the date of delivery. This Best Price Guarantee applies to orders placed on or after 15th June 2026. Orders placed before that date may benefit from the Best Price Guarantee for a period of 30 days from the invoice date, in accordance with the terms and conditions in force on the date the order was placed (other terms remain unchanged).

Dell Matches Prices for These Products

Dell computers, monitors, and accessories sold on retailer websites

We price-match Dell products sold on any of the retailer websites listed below. This includes:

  • Dell laptops and desktops with the same technical specifications as those on Dell.com.
  • Dell monitors, accessories, or electronic items with an identical Manufacturer’s Part Number as those sold on Dell.com.


Equivalent Apple, HP, or Lenovo computers
We price-match our Dell, XPS and Alienware laptops and desktops against any equivalent computer sold by Lenovo, HP, and Apple on their respective IE websites or on any of the retailer’s websites listed below.
To be considered an equivalent computer, it must match all the key technical specs of a comparable Dell computer.

We do not price-match across significantly different product lines. For example, Dell would not match a competitor’s price for products with comparable tech specs in these three cases because we do not consider these equivalent product lines:

  • XPS and Lenovo Yoga
  • XPS 2-in-1 and HP Spectre
  • Alienware and HP Omen


What Dell Won’t Match

Dell will price-match up to five products per customer and the requested matched price will be the final price. Prices we will not match include:
• Any price from a paid membership club or paid loyalty program (for example, prices that require a club or loyalty card that is associated with a membership fee). Clubs and programs include, but are not limited to, Costco and Makro.
• Any price based on rebates, coupons, financing offers, errors, bundling of products or services, gift cards, or gift card offers.
• Any marketplace webpage at which an order is fulfilled by a third party rather than the owner/operator of the retail website (for example, Amazon Marketplace).
•Any special prices or conditions such as limited quantity, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, clearance, closeout sales, discontinued products, or special seasonal prices, with the exception of Dell branded products.
• Any Dell outlet price.
• Any customizable configurations, Dell specialty products including enterprise products, Dell Pro series, Latitude educational series, Latitude Rugged models Dell Storage and Networking products.
• Any prices not advertised on one of the qualifying retailer’s websites.
• “In-store only” prices.
• Any product purchase intended for resale.
• Any lower-priced offer for a product that is out of stock or requires a wait to fulfill. The product must be in stock and immediately available.
• Any price in combination with other promotions, discounts, or qualified purchase programs such as those for students, public servants, and Dell VIPs.

Dell Price Guarantee

Shop with confidence and don’t worry about missing out on the best price. The post‑purchase Best Price Guarantee on Dell.com compares the price you paid with the most recent selling price during the period defined hereafter. If you find a product purchased from Dell UK available at a lower price on Dell.com during the period beginning with the purchase date and ending on the 15th day following the delivery date, we will refund you the difference.​

Step 1

Search for the same product or system with an identical configuration on Dell.com during the period beginning on the purchase date and ending on the 15th day following the delivery date. This Best Price Guarantee (post‑purchase) applies to orders placed on or after 15th June 2026. Orders placed before that date may benefit from the Best Price Guarantee for a period of 30 days from the invoice date, in accordance with the terms and conditions in force on the date the order was placed (all other terms and conditions remain unchanged).


Step 2

Go to our Order Support portal to share the link with a customer care agent. After your customer care agent validates the lower price on the product you bought, we will refund you the difference between the two prices.
Price Guarantee offer restrictions

  • The maximum purchase amount on Dell’s Price Guarantee program is €10,000.
  • The Dell Best Price Guarantee is valid during the period beginning on the purchase date and ending on the 15th day following the delivery date, for purchases made on Dell.com only. This Best Price Guarantee (post‑purchase) applies to orders placed on or after 15th June 2026. Orders placed before that date may benefit from the Best Price Guarantee for a period of 30 days from the invoice date, in accordance with the terms and conditions in force on the date the order was placed (all other terms and conditions remain unchanged).
  • Price Guarantee does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, Dell specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited quantity, out-of-stock items, clearance, or outlet products.
  • Price Guarantee also does not apply to Dell’s VIP Purchase Program offers, coupons, rebates, or rewards.

Price Match and Price Guarantee FAQs

If you find a lower price on a qualifying retailers’ IE website with available stock (and the item is not limited quantity), please contact a sales expert by chat. Share the product link so they may validate the offer. Once they have confirmed that it meets the requirements of the program, they will assist you to complete the purchase.

Our Price Match program should be used prior to a purchase from Dell.com. If you see a Dell product cheaper on a qualifying retailers’ IE website, we will match the price. Also, Dell will price-match its Inspiron laptops and desktops against an equivalent computer (matching tech specs) sold by Lenovo, HP, and Apple on their respective IE websites or on a retailer’s website listed above.

The post‑purchase Best Price Guarantee provides that if the price of a product you purchased on Dell.com decreases during the period beginning on the invoice date and ending on the 15th day following the delivery date, we will refund you the difference. Please refer to the restrictions above for more information.​
