Payment options:
Credit card: We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. Credit cards are charged as you register online.
Check: Please make checks payable to Dell Marketing L.P. - c/o Dell USA L.P. Be sure to mention the attendee(s) name and confirmation number on your check payment. Payments must be in USD currency and postmarked no later than April 26, 2026. Payments received after this date must be made with a credit card and may be subject to an increased registration fee.
Sales order: If you purchased your conference pass from your sales representative on a sales order invoiced between May 23, 2025 and May 21, 2026, you will need to enter your sales order number as a registration discount code at the end of the registration process during the payment step. If you have lost or forgotten your sales order number, please contact your sales representative.
Wire transfers: Specific instructions will be provided in the registration process if you choose wire transfer as your form of payment.
Refund deadlines: Refund requests will be accepted through April 26, 2026. After April 26, 2026, no refunds. Group passes and Sales Orders are not eligible for refunds.
Customer substitution policy: Name change substitutions are free of charge but can only be processed between employees of the same company. A $195 USD service fee will apply for any substitutions involving payment changes. To request a substitution, the original registrant must reach out to the Dell Technologies World program office via email. Please email DellTechnologiesWorld@dell.com. All substitution requests (both pre-event and on-site) must follow this process or the new registrant will be subject to pay the current registration rate. All substitution requests are subject to review by the Dell Technologies World program office.
Cancellation policy: To cancel your registration, send a request to the Dell Technologies World program office and include your name, company name and confirmation number. Refund will be based on the registration deadlines. Please note that cancellation requests cannot be processed over the phone and refunds may be processed post-event. Conference no-shows are ineligible for a refund. Attendees paying via sales order number are not eligible for a refund.
Dell Technologies reserves the right and discretion to verify your relationship with Dell Technologies and to determine if your attendance is appropriate.
Employee registration: Employees wishing to attend Dell Technologies World should contact their manager to obtain approval to register. Employee registration will begin in spring 2026. Cancellations, refunds and substitutions are not permitted for employee registration.
Gift terms and conditions: Dell reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. This offer is void where prohibited. In order to be eligible to receive the registration promotion, participants must be one of the first 500 to register online before January 23, 2026, 11:59 PM PT and will receive $200 off the advertised rate and either a free guest pass or a $100 merchandise credit. To be eligible to receive the Alumni promotion, you must have a valid prior registration to Dell Technologies World between 2018 and 2025 and register online between January 24, 2026, 12:00 AM PT, and February 13, 2026, 11:59 PM PT and will receive $200 off the advertised rate and either a free guest pass or a $100 merchandise credit. Alumni who qualify for the promotion also have the chance to purchase a guest pass for $100. For all promotional and gift eligibility, your conference registration package fee must be paid in full before March 13, 2026, 11:59 PM PT. Offer will not be honored if the conference pass is cancelled. One offer per registrant. No exchanges will be permitted. This offer has no cash value. Registrants who use priority registration codes, receive their passes as a part of a sponsorship package, or who are employees of Dell or affiliated companies are not eligible. Government Officials and employees, officers, agents or representatives of an entity funded or owned by national, state, regional, or local government are not eligible to receive the offer. All other registrants agree by acceptance of the offer that such acceptance is consistent with their employer’s ethics/gift policies. Dell reserves the right to substitute an offer in whole or in part with another offer of comparable or greater value if the intended offer is not available for any reason as determined by Dell. By accepting the offer, registrant agrees that the offer does not in any way influence any decision in doing business with Dell or its affiliates, and that the offer was not given in connection with or related to any sale or commercial transaction.
