Go to Order Support and enter the order number.
Please click on “Contact Customer Support” button from the Action Menu and follow direction to submit your return request.
Dell will validate and arrange for collection of the order(s) or otherwise provide instructions for return.
Dell will issue refund of the purchase and it may take up to 10-15 business days from the date the order is received back at Dell for you to get the money credited back to the original method of payment. Dell may withhold payment of your refund pending receipt of the returned product in its original condition.
If you are an end user customer and wish to return a product that you have directly purchased from Dell in India, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided the products are returned to Dell within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept changes to an Order once it is submitted. Please note that the Right to Cancel/Return only applies to Home customers buying directly from Dell.Dell values its relationship with you and offers you the option to return most products purchased directly from Dell. Once the order is returned to Dell, our customer care team will keep you informed about the status of your returned order and refund until closure.
• Please be advised that it may take up to 10-15 business days from the date the order is received back at Dell for you to get the money credited back to the original method of payment.• You are required to handover the system to our authorised logistics partner within 3 business days once logistics contacts you for pickup.• Dell must receive any authorized return within 14 days from the date customer receives an email confirmation about pickup. Your refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated if you do not ship your return in time for us to receive it within 14 days of our authorization.• For approved returns, Dell will refund or credit the actual price you paid. Dell may charge to re-stock a product you return.Dell will not charge a re-stocking fee if the product you are returning is defective. Dell also will not charge a re-stocking fee if you have to return a product because Dell made an error. In other cases, Dell may charge a re-stocking fee of 15% of the actual price you paid for the product. That price does not include shipping and handling or sales tax. Typically, we deduct any re-stocking fee from the amount of your refund or credit.Refunds or credits for a product you purchased in a bundle or during a promotion can get a little complicated.Examples of these kinds of discounts and promotions include:“Buy a computer and get a free printer.” If you return the computer but keep the printer, Dell may reduce your refund or credit by the value of the printer.“Buy a monitor and get a gift card.”If you return the monitor but already spent the money on the gift card, Dell may return your refund or credit by the value of the gift card.
