It is as easy as:
Step 1: Go to online Dell.com.my/orders and enter your order.

Step 2: Select “Return Items” link and verify your identity.
 
Step 3: View the order details and select the product(s) you would like to return. For the product(s) you can return online, you will need to select the reason for the return.
 
Step 4: You will receive an email confirmation with your return details once you have submitted the return authorization in Dell.com.my/orders within the applicable return period.
 
If you need further assistance, you can always contact our Customer Support from the Action Menu by entering your order number in Dell.com.my/orders.
