To qualify for our Dell Price Match, the product must meet the following criteria:

The Dell computer, electronics or accessory must be an identical product & configuration (i.e similar key features and specs). Limit to 5 items per customer.

The product must be in stock & immediately available.

The product must not be "Marketplace" where an order is fulfilled by a third party, or part of any limited quantity, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, clearance, closeout, discontinued, refurbished or Dell Outlet.

The identical Dell product must be available for sale in Malaysia, by a retailer operating in Malaysia.

The final price in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) must be inclusive of delivery, handling fees & taxes.

The product must not be a physical in-store only pricing, from price error or part of any paid membership club/loyalty programs, wholesale or commercial quantities.

The matched price cannot be combined with any promotion, discount, coupon, student/financing offers, and does not apply to any price based upon rebates, bundling, gift card offers, in-store pricing and price errors.

Dell’s Price guarantee applies for 30 days from invoice date to purchases from Dell or Dell.com.my only. 

Does not apply to Dell’s Member Purchase Program offers, coupons or rewards.

Offer does not apply to financing/gift card offers, bundles, free items, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as doorbuster, limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, or Dell Outlet.

Dell Price Match Terms:
The Dell’s Price Match program applies to an identical Dell product sold by the retailer websites within Malaysia. The identical Dell product must share the same key features and specs with a Dell PCs including but not limited to, operating system, memory, hard disk drive capacity, graphics solution (i.e., GPU), screen size and resolution, touch capability, processor and warranty.
