The standard IR5000 series racks offer the highest density acceleration available in the industry in 19” rack configurations.

Dell offers professional, expert guidance and support at a level that other providers of rack scale solutions cannot provide. Our turnkey factory integration program delivers fully loaded, plug and play rack scale systems that include an option for an initial data center assessment, as well as L11-L12 services to design, build, test, and deliver fully integrated racks with Dell Smart Cooling. IRSS further simplifies deployment of energy efficient AI infrastructure with one-call service and support options for the entire rack.

Customers can call us for anything in the rack, including 3rd party components. Dell Technologies has deep partnerships with industry leaders such as Schneider Electric, Legrand, Vertiv and Motivair. Collaborative support with these partners allows Dell Support to transfer customers to the third party if needed.

IR5000 is available in either air or liquid cooled, silicon diverse EIA standard 19”rack that supports an open ecosystem for AI, giving customers a choice in compute.

The air-cooled PowerEdge XE7740 and XE7745, as well as the standard 19” IR5000 series racks are available for purchase outside of the IRSS program. The IR7000 and corresponding rack sleds, as well as the XE9680L and XE9685L are only available as a part of IRSS with expanded rack-scale integration services.
