Price Match (Before You Buy)

If you see a Dell product cheaper with another retailer before buying, call us on 0800 085 4878 and we'll price match. Additionally, If the price of a product you've ordered drops on our site within 30 days of you buying it, give us a call or Chat Online and we'll refund the difference.

After we validate the lower price on the eligible product, your Dell sales expert will help you buy your new product at the matched price.
Dell Matches Prices for These Products

Dell computers, monitors, and accessories sold on retailer websites.
We price-match Dell products sold on any of the retailer websites listed below. This includes:

  • Dell laptops and desktops with the same technical specifications as those on Dell.co.uk.
  • Dell monitors, accessories, or electronic items with an identical Manufacturer’s Part Number as those sold on Dell.co.uk.

Equivalent Apple, HP, or Lenovo computers
We price-match our Inspiron, XPS and Alienware laptops and desktops against any equivalent computer sold by Lenovo, HP, and Apple on their respective UK websites or on any of the retailer’s websites listed below.
To be considered an equivalent computer, it must match all the key technical specs of a comparable Dell computer.

We do not price-match across significantly different product lines. For example, Dell would not match a competitor’s price for products with comparable tech specs in these three cases because we do not consider these equivalent product lines:

  • Dell XPS and Lenovo Yoga
  • Dell XPS 2-in-1 and HP Spectre
  • Alienware and HP Omen


What Dell Won’t Match

Dell will price-match up to five products per customer and the requested matched price will be the final price. Prices we will not match include:
• Any price from a paid membership club or paid loyalty program (for example, prices that require a club or loyalty card that is associated with a membership fee). Clubs and programs include, but are not limited to, Costco and Makro.
• Any price based on rebates, coupons, financing offers, errors, bundling of products or services, gift cards, or gift card offers.
• Any marketplace webpage at which an order is fulfilled by a third party rather than the owner/operator of the retail website (for example, Amazon Marketplace).
•Any special prices or conditions such as limited quantity, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, clearance, closeout sales, discontinued products, or special seasonal prices, with the exception of Dell branded products.
• Any Dell outlet price.
• Any customizable configurations or Dell specialty products including enterprise products, Latitude, Inspiron, OptiPlex, Precision, and Dell Storage and Networking products.
• Any prices not advertised on one of the qualifying retailer’s websites.
• “In-store only” prices.
• Any product purchase intended for resale.
• Any lower-priced offer for a product that is out of stock or requires a wait to fulfill. The product must be in stock and immediately available.
• Any price in combination with other promotions, discounts, or qualified purchase programs such as those for students, public servants, and Dell VIPs.

Dell 30-Day Price Guarantee

Shop with confidence and don’t worry about missing out on the best price. Dell’s Price Guarantee program compares the price you paid with the later selling price within a 30-day period. If you see a lower price on Dell.co.uk for a product you bought from Dell in the 30 days from your invoice date, we will refund you the difference. Restrictions apply*

Purchases made between November 1, 2025 and December 15, 2025 are eligible for an extended price guarantee period until January 15, 2026. 

Step 1

Find the same product you purchased on Dell.co.uk within 30 days of the invoice date. Hold on to that product link.

Step 2

Go to our Order Support portal to share the link with a customer care agent. After your customer care agent validates the lower price on the product you bought, we will refund you the difference between the two prices.
*Price Guarantee offer restrictions

  • The maximum purchase amount on Dell’s Price Guarantee program is £10,000.
  • Dell’s Price Guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase from Dell or Dell.co.uk only. It applies only to identical products sold on Dell.co.uk. It is limited to five product refunds per customer.
  • Price Guarantee does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, Dell specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited quantity, out-of-stock items, clearance, or outlet products.
  • Offers, coupons, rebates, Dell rewards points/coupons, or other discounts/benefits that may be available under Dell loyalty or membership programs cannot be applied to products to calculate a lower later product selling price.
  • Price Guarantee also does not apply to Dell’s VIP Purchase Program offers, coupons, rebates, or rewards.

Price Match and Price Guarantee FAQs

If you find a lower price on a qualifying retailers’ UK website with available stock (and the item is not limited quantity), contact a sales expert by chat or call 0800 085 4878. Share the product link so they may validate the offer. Once they have confirmed that it meets the requirements of the program, they will assist you to complete the purchase.

Our Price Match program should be used prior to a purchase from Dell.co.uk. If you see a Dell product cheaper on a qualifying retailers’ UK website, we will match the price. Also, Dell will price-match its Inspiron laptops and desktops against an equivalent computer (matching tech specs) sold by Lenovo, HP, and Apple on their respective UK websites or on a retailer’s website listed above.

Dell’s Price Guarantee program ensures that if the price of a product you bought from Dell.co.uk drops in the 30 days after your purchase, we will refund the difference. Please see Price Guarantee Offer Restrictions above for more information.
