•   Your senior status must be renewed on a regular basis. Your membership expiration date is shown in your Dell My Account.
•   The senior discount program is only valid for consumer orders.

To receive your Dell senior discount when you shop on Dell.co.uk, create or sign in to your Dell My Account, join Dell Rewards, and complete senior verification via SheerID. Your discount will then be applied automatically to eligible products at checkout.

1. Sign in or create a Dell My Account.

• If you already have a Dell “My Account”, click here.
• If you don't have one yet, If you don’t have one yet, click here to create an account.

2. Register for Dell Rewards.

• Click the Dell Rewards box when you create your My Account, or register from the My Account dashboard if you haven't already.

3. Verify your senior status.

• In your My Account, click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, go to the Dell Rewards & Membership tab, and select Verify Senior Status to begin verification via SheerID.

4. Shop and check out on Dell.co.uk.

• After your status is verified and applied to your account, your Dell senior discount will be automatically applied to eligible products in your basket at checkout.

Dell Rewards is a free programme that lets you unlock member perks, earn rewards on eligible Dell.co.uk purchases, and enable your Dell senior discount. As a Dell Rewards member in the UK, you can:

•   Earn points on eligible Dell purchases made on Dell.co.uk or through a Dell sales representative.
•   Redeem points for money-off discount coupons called "Dell Cash", which you can use towards future Dell purchases.
•   Apply Dell Cash on orders with a minimum balance of £100 after Rewards are applied.
•   Earn points through simple Dell Rewards activities, such as filling out your profile or participating in instant-win games for a chance at points and prizes.
•   Receive member-only offers for extra savings.

No. If you already have a Dell My Account, you do not need to create a new one to receive the senior discount. Simply:
 
•   Sign in to your existing Dell My Account here
•   Go to the Dell Rewards & Membership tab.
•   Complete the senior verification steps via SheerID.

Once verification is complete and your membership is active, your Dell senior discount will be applied automatically to eligible products at checkout.

Verification for the Dell senior discount is handled through SheerID, a third-party verification service, via your Dell My Account.

•   SheerID will collect basic personal information to confirm your current eligibility.
•   You may be asked to upload documentation that substantiates your status and eligibility (e.g., a government-issued ID showing your date of birth).
•   Enter your first and last name and other details exactly as they appear on your official documents to avoid delays or failures in verification.

5. Create or log in to your Dell My Account on Dell.co.uk.
6. Go to the Dell Rewards & Membership tab and click the Verify Senior Status button.
7. Complete the SheerID verification form.
8. Ensure your information matches your documentation.

SheerID is a third-party verification service Dell partners with to confirm eligibility for the Dell senior discount and other membership offers.

Verification for the Dell senior discount is processed by SheerID. If your verification is pending or has failed:

• The discount is valid for up to 2 products per transaction, regardless of product type (for example, laptops, monitors, or accessories).
• You can use the discount on up to 2 transactions per year per account.

No. The Dell senior discount is only valid for purchases made directly on your local Dell website, Dell.co.uk.

•   The discount does not apply at third-party retailers or other websites, even if they sell Dell products.
•   The discount does not apply to Dell business sites or marketplace sellers.

Most products listed on Dell.co.uk, including XPS laptops, Dell desktops, Dell and Alienware monitors, and accessories, can be purchased with your senior discount, but some exclusions may apply.

•   Specifically, the Dell Pro Essential range of laptops is excluded from this program.
•   Some limited-edition lines, gift cards and clearance items may also be excluded; exclusions are flagged on the product page and at checkout.
