Three Types of Products to Choose From

New & Unused

New and unused products are either factory sealed or open box products that have never been used by a customer and have the software seal intact. This product is typically overstock or a returned order. New and unused products do not have any cosmetic damage.

Like New (Refurbished)

Like new products are Dell's highest grade of certified refurbished systems, submitted to a rigorous refurbishing process to achieve the highest quality and performance standards. These previously-owned products could have observable minor blemishes that do not affect performance, or could look as good as new.

Scratch & Dent

Scratch & dent products are certified refurbished products with blemishes that do not affect performance. Scratch & dent computers do not have scratches or pits on the screen, missing or illegible letters on the keyboard, or damage on the touch pad or palm rest.

Important to remember when using a coupon code:

When purchasing a system using a coupon, the coupon code needs to be applied after each system and not at the end of the order.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 7-10 working days from Order Credit Clearance.
Your order will not ship until your purchase has been credit-cleared.
For security reasons your delivery address cannot be changed once your order is submitted.
