The RVTools Product Improvement Program securely sends a small amount of anonymous application and usage information over the internet using an encrypted HTTPS channel. Examples include mouse clicks on menu and navigation tabs, collection durations, application memory and CPU usage, the operating system where the application is run, and VMware vCenter or ESXi versions encountered. Aside from version information, no other data about your VMware environment is in scope. No usernames, domain names, hostnames, etc. are in scope.​
The RVTools Product Improvement Program does not collect any information, or environmental details that would identify a natural person, company, business, or market segment.​
You will have the option to participate anonymously during the RVTools installation.​
You may change your participation at any time from Edit/Preferences in the RVTools application.​
