“Transformation Talks” episode 19: Conversation with swissICT on Progress Measurement

Dear Customers and Partners,

Welcome to a new episode of the Dell Technologies “Transformation Talks”!

Digital transformation has become an imperative for all organizations: it’s a “disrupt or be disrupted” situation. For the latest Digital Transformation Index, Dell Technologies has surveyed 4,300 business leaders from around the globe and 12 industries:  almost 1 in 3 are worried their organization may not survive the next couple of years!

So, are businesses transforming fast enough? What challenges are they facing, with and without the pandemic? Can they even evaluate if they are doing the right things? And how are Swiss organizations performing?

I have discussed this with Christian Hunziker, CEO of swissICT, the leading industry association in Switzerland with over 2,500 members. To help organizations progress, swissICT has elaborated the Digital Excellence Check-up, a tool that consolidates different models and offers companies an objective and strategic overview of where they stand in terms of digital transformation.

We have shared our findings and impressions here:
