These Dell Loyalty Program terms (the “Terms”) are between you ("Member”) and Dell Australia Pty Limited (“Dell”), govern your participation in the Australia Dell Loyalty program (the “Program”), and set forth all rights, requirements, rules and conditions of your membership and participation in the Program. These Terms are in addition to and separated from any other Dell terms that you agree to in connection with your Dell purchases or use of other Dell services. By registering for and participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms, which Dell may update from time to time without prior notice. Dell reserves the right to suspend, modify or discontinue the Program at any time and for any reason and will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any material changes to the Program via Dell My Account or Dell Premier My Account (“My Account”) and email. Any information regarding this Program or Rewards (defined below) will form part of these Terms.
Program and User Structure
The Dell Loyalty Program consists of two separate programs: Dell Rewards Program (“Dell Rewards”) and Dell Premier Rewards Program (“Premier Rewards”). These programs each have distinct rewards points and processes (including earning, expiration, promotion, and redemption activities), and rewards from one program do not transfer to the other except in rare circumstances at Dell's discretion. The terms and conditions herein apply to both Dell Rewards and Premier Rewards, except where expressly stated.
A Dell Rewards account is a 1:1 account-to-user relationship, in which the email address is the account holder identifier and ties to a single user. Dell Rewards benefits cannot be shared with or transferred to another account.
A Premier Rewards account is a 1: Many account-to-user relationship, in which the Premier Store ID is the account holder identifier tied to the business entity and the user(s) interact under that entity’s Rewards wallet. All Premier Admin users are assumed to be authorized representatives of the business entity who may accept the Terms on behalf of the business entity, its Store ID, associated Premier pages, and all accompanying users. The entity account is the primary account associated with the Premier Rewards program, and all users are subject to the terms and conditions of the Premier Rewards program, as well as the supervision and regulation of their business entity. By accepting these Terms and participating in Premier Rewards as an Admin user, you represent and warrant that you have authority to do so on behalf of your business entity.
Eligibility and Participation Requirements:
a) Dell Rewards Program
The Dell Rewards Program and associated benefits are available only to individuals who meet the criteria for Dell Rewards Program membership as defined by Dell below. To qualify for the Dell Rewards Program and benefits, you must either be a Consumer, defined as an individual purchasing for personal or household use, or a representative of a Small Business, as defined by Dell. The following categories are ineligible for Program membership:
- Minors, as defined by applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence
- Representatives of entities that are not Small Businesses, as defined by Dell
- Public customers
- Resellers
b) Premier Rewards Program
The Premier Rewards Program and associated benefits are available only to business accounts that meet the criteria for Premier Rewards Program membership as defined by Dell below. To qualify for the Premier Rewards Program and benefits, you must be a representative of a Small Business, defined as an individual purchasing for commercial use, or a representative of a Medium Business, as defined by Dell in its sole discretion. The following categories are ineligible for Premier Rewards Program membership:
- Minors, as defined by applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence
- Representatives of entities that are not Small or Medium Businesses, as defined by Dell
- Public-sector customers
- Resellers
c) If Dell determines that you fall into one of the above ineligible categories or that you have violated these Terms, your membership may be suspended pending further investigation, and you will not receive any benefits or rewards related to the Program until resolved. If Dell, after appropriate investigation, cancels your membership due to a violation of these Terms or other actual or reasonably suspected misconduct or fraud, Dell reserves the right to invalidate any Program benefits earned prior to termination. Dell further reserves the right to deny or cancel membership to any Consumer, Small Business, or Medium Business customer for any reasonable cause.
If Dell identifies that you fall into one of the above categories or that you have otherwise violated these Terms, your membership may be suspended pending further investigation, and you will not receive any benefits or rewards related to the Program until resolved. If Dell, after appropriate investigation, cancels your membership due to a violation of these Terms or other actual or reasonably suspected misconduct or fraud, Dell reserves the right to invalidate any Program benefits earned prior to termination. Dell further reserves the right to deny membership to any eligible customer for any reason.
d) To obtain the benefits of the Program, you must maintain a My Account. There is no charge to establish or keep a My Account. If you don’t already have a My Account, an account will be created for you when you register for the Program. You must be logged into your My Account to earn or redeem rewards. With membership in the Program, you will earn points on qualifying purchases and gain access to member-only benefits and special offers. Program participation and communications operate differently depending on whether you are enrolled in Dell Rewards or in Premier Rewards.
e) As a Program member, you will receive communications necessary to operate the Program, including communications regarding your points balance, rewards expiration, account status, security notices, and Program updates.
f) Dell may also send you promotional communications related to Program benefits or Dell products, such as exclusive deals or promotional offers. You may manage your preferences for such communications, including withdrawing any consent you may have provided or opting out of communications, at any time without affecting your participation in the Program.
g) For Premier Rewards, Admin users are authorized representatives of the business entity for purposes of Program participation and receipt of required Program communications at the entity, Store ID, or Admin-designated contact level.
h) Where required by law, promotional electronic communications are subject to individual user preferences and applicable consent requirements.
i) Accordingly, communications may be sent at the individual My Account level for Dell Rewards members and at the Premier Store ID or Admin‑designated contact level for Premier Rewards accounts. Your My Account is where you will receive information about your rewards, including your current rewards balance and rewards expiration dates, Program updates, and opportunities to redeem rewards. Your My Account must remain updated with a valid email address or addresses, and you acknowledge that Dell may communicate with you via your profile contact information. If you participate in the Program, you agree that Dell will use your name, contact information, and transaction history to administer and provide the Program and as further described in Dell’s Privacy Statement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your My Account and My Account password. This program is a location-based program. If you decide to participate in the Dell Rewards Program and/or Premier Rewards Program in more than one location where the program is offered, you must have or create a separate My Account for each such location using a different email address for each My Account and agree to the applicable terms and conditions for each location.
j) Not all Premier Stores have Premier Rewards enabled. Once Premier Rewards are enabled for a store, a user with store access and Admin rights must accept the Program terms to activate Premier Rewards for the relevant location. Access to rewards by individual users is managed by page Admin users and may be added, changed, and/or removed at any time by any user with Admin rights for that store.
Communications and Preference Management
Communications related to the Program fall into the following categories:
- Program and Account Communications (Required for program participation): Communications necessary to administer the Program.
- Rewards Promotional Communications (Optional): Communications related to promotional offers or incentives.
- General Dell Marketing Communications (Optional): Communications unrelated to the Program.
Opting out of optional promotional communications will not affect your ability to participate in the Program or receive Program benefits.
For Dell Rewards Members, you may manage your preferences for such communications, including withdrawing any consent you may have provided or opting out of marketing communications, at any time without affecting your participation in the Program.
For Premier Rewards participants you must contact your Premier Rewards Admin for handling your communications.
Program Participation Cancelation and Updates
Program participation is always voluntary.
- If you want to deactivate your Dell Rewards membership, click here. You will forfeit all rewards currently in your account.
- Premier Rewards are managed at the entity level by a Premier Admin at your entity. Individual users are added, changed, and/or removed at any time by any user with Admin rights for that store.
Individual Account Transfer and Discretionary Program Transfer Policies
Dell Rewards accounts are unique to individual email addresses and cannot be combined or transferred. Premier Rewards accounts are unique to Premier Store IDs as defined by Dell and cannot be combined or transferred. Dell reserves the right to transfer rewards between Dell Rewards and Premier Rewards programs in rare circumstances, at its sole discretion.
Earning Dell Rewards Points for the Dell Rewards Program
As a member of Dell Rewards, you are eligible to earn rewards in a variety of ways, including by shopping directly with Dell at www.Dell.com/en-au, engaging with select Dell content, and other methods that may be communicated by Dell from time to time. Rewards are issued in the form of Points (“Rewards”, “Rewards Points”, or “Points”) which are typically deposited into your My Account within 30 days after they are earned.
You can receive up to 9% of the Dell product purchase price before tax in Rewards Points per transaction for purchases made in the Australia online Dell Store at www.Dell.com/en-au. Base reward value is 3% but may increase or decrease at the discretion of Dell and its representatives. Rewards are issued in $10 increments. The total amount of rewards that can be earned each Dell fiscal quarter shall not exceed $1,500 in rewards. (The Dell fiscal calendar begins in February.) Rewards may not be issued on select products. Rewards points can be applied in cart. Rewards represent a transaction credit which can be applied against future purchases on www.Dell.com/en-au (excluding Dell Outlet purchases, ISG, Dell Premier page orders, offline orders via Sales Representative, and select third-party products). Dell Rewards Points can be earned in the following ways:
- Purchases from Dell. Points can be earned on most purchases made directly from Dell (excluding IT Infrastructure products (ISG), Dell Outlet purchases, Dell Premier page or Store orders, Channel Partner orders, products and services purchased for resale, service contract renewal orders, subscription recurring billing purchases, purchases made offline via a Sales Representative, select third party products, and other exclusions as determined and communicated by Dell). The total number of Points available per product purchased varies. Not all products are eligible for Rewards Points, and some products may earn extra points.
- Engagement with Dell. Points can also be earned through various methods of engagement with selected Dell content, such as logging in to your My Account, responding to Dell surveys or opting-in to Dell marketing communications. Dell may place limits on the number of times you may earn Points for such engagements (e.g., members only earn Points for one My Account login per week). Dell may choose when to make such engagement opportunities available.
Certain orders are not eligible for Dell Rewards Points, including but not limited to orders placed by resellers or other third parties, orders resulting from fraud, and purchases made via a Dell sales representative using a Premier Rewards account. Dell reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue any Rewards Points earning opportunities any time in its sole discretion.
Earning Premier Rewards Points for the Premier Program
As a member of Premier Rewards, you are eligible to earn rewards in a variety of ways, including by shopping directly with Dell at your Premier Store or via phone with your assigned Dell representative, engaging with select Dell content, and other methods that may be communicated by Dell from time to time. Rewards are issued in the form of Points (“Rewards”, “Rewards Points”, or “Points”) which are typically deposited into your entity’s Account within 30 days after they are earned.
Premier Rewards are available at a base rate of 4% rewards on qualifying purchases. The rewards rate is based on Dell's calculation and is subject to change without notice. For example, if a Premier Store spends $10,000 in a single transaction, they will earn $400 in rewards at the base rate of 4%. Rewards are only earned on qualifying purchases and are subject to the Terms. You may receive additional Rewards on a promotional basis as provided by Dell for a limited time.
Earned Rewards Points are calculated from the Dell product purchase price before tax and shipping fees per transaction for purchases made in Australia in the online Dell Premier Store assigned to your Premier Store ID. Rewards points can be applied directly at checkout. Earned Rewards can be applied against future purchases on your Premier Store (excluding Dell Outlet purchases, Dell.com orders, Channel Parter orders, orders for resale, and select third-party products). Rewards points can be combined with other types of qualifying payment methods. Premier Rewards Points can be earned in the following ways:
- Purchases from Dell. Points can be earned on most purchases directly from Dell (excluding IT Infrastructure products (ISG), Dell Outlet purchases, Dell.com orders, Channel Partner orders, service contract renewal orders, subscription recurring billing purchases, select third party products, and other exclusions as determined and communicated by Dell). The total number of Points available per product purchased varies. Not all products are eligible for Rewards Points, and some products may earn extra points.
- Engagement with Dell. Points can also be earned through various methods of engagement with selected Dell content, such as logging into Premier, responding to Dell surveys or opting-in to Dell marketing communications. Dell may place limits on the number of times you may earn Points for such engagements (e.g., Members only earn Points for one My Account login per week). Dell may choose when to make such engagement opportunities available.
Certain orders are not eligible for Premier Rewards Points, including but not limited to orders placed by resellers or other third parties, orders resulting from fraud, and purchases made via a Dell sales representative using a Dell Rewards account. Dell Rewards and Premier Rewards Points Expiration
Rewards Points will expire at 11:59 PM Sydney, Australia time on the last day of the 6th month following the month the purchase was made, treating rewards issued in different months using a FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method. This means that each month is considered a separate bucket, and all points earned during that month will expire on the last day of the 6th month after they were earned. For example, if you earn 100 points during the month of January (i.e. 1st January through to 31st January), these points will expire on July 31st of the same year. If you earn 200 points during the month of February, these points will expire on August 31st of the same year, and so on. Dell will send you notices reminding you of your rewards. It is your responsibility to keep track of your Rewards Points expiration dates. Please note that Rewards Points can only be redeemed before their expiration date, and expired points cannot be reinstated. Additionally, from time to time, Dell may offer special promotions that may have different Rewards Points expiration dates, which will be clearly communicated to you at the time of the promotion. These promotional expiration dates may differ from the standard expiration dates outlined above, and it is your responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions of each promotion. Rewards Points can only be redeemed before their expiration date, and expired points cannot be reinstated.

Redeeming Rewards
Members must redeem rewards in their shopping cart (if logged in to Dell My Account), or with a Dell sales representative before the applicable expiration date. Rewards can be used/redeemed towards purchases on www.Dell.com/en-au with a total minimum balance value of $50 after rewards are applied (excluding purchases from Dell Outlet and Dell Premier and select third-party products). Rewards are issued on a promotional basis as part of the Program and have no cash value. They cannot be purchased and cannot be exchanged or redeemed, in whole or in part, for actual money, transferred to third parties or combined with any third-party rewards. Rewards can be used in conjunction with other Dell promotions except where indicated otherwise.
Returned or cancelled purchases will be refunded according to the way they were paid. Any portion of the purchase using Dell Rewards will only be returned to the member’s rewards balance upon request. Members are required to contact Customer Care after returning or canceling the Dell product. It may take up to four (4) business days for the adjusted rewards to be reflected in the member account.
Additional Program Benefits
In addition to being eligible for rewards, Program members may receive access to member-only offers (conditions may apply) and other benefits from time to time, such as events, exclusive content, and member-only discounts. These may be limited time offers and/or targeted based on your expressed interests or level of engagement in the Program.
Membership Cancellation
To cancel your membership, log in to your MyAccount, navigate to Account Setting > Manage Communications. You will be able to opt out of the Dell Rewards program from this page. Please note you will no longer earn rewards on future purchases and access to other program benefits will be removed. If you cancel your membership in error, you can recover your Dell Rewards Account by clicking any Dell Rewards “Join for Free” link on Dell.com and re-registering for the program using the same email address you were previously enrolled with. Any rewards still tied to your account will have maintained their previous expiration dates.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth.) and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, as well as any other implied warranties under any similar consumer protection laws in Australia and New Zealand where it is illegal to do so (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Dell (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the Program.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Dell be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Dell has been advised of the possibility of such damages. YOU AGREE THAT DELL’S LIABILITY IN ANY DISPUTE WILL BE CAPPED AT THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU SPENT ON ELIGIBLE DELL ORDERS AS A PROGRAM MEMBER IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
Miscellaneous
- Dell’s failure to enforce a right does not mean that Dell has waived that right.
- Dell may assign its rights under these Terms, but you may not do so.
- These Terms, in addition to any other Dell terms you agree to in connection with your purchases or offers you accept, comprise the entire agreement between Dell and you about your participation in the Program.
- Dell is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures outside our control that prevents you from participating in the Program.
- Dell is not responsible or liable for any technical or other failures which result in additional rewards being added to your My Account in error, and Dell shall have the right to remove such rewards from your My Account at any time and without notice. In the event any purchases are made using such rewards, Dell shall not be liable to honor such purchases.
You agree that the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia will govern any claim or dispute relating to these Terms, the Program, your access to and participation in the Program, or any combination of these items (the “Dispute”). You agree to submit to, and waive any objection to, the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of and venue Courts of New South Wales, Australia. Before you or Dell file any lawsuit regarding a Dispute, you. and Dell will attempt to resolve the Dispute through negotiation or through mediation using a mutually agreeable mediator. You and Dell will treat the existence or results of any negotiation or mediation as confidential. If the parties are unable to resolve the Dispute within thirty days of notice of the Dispute to the other party, the parties will be free to pursue all remedies available at law or equity. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party has the right, on an individual basis, to seek a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to preserve the status quo, prevent irreparable harm, avoid the expiration of any applicable limitation periods, or preserve a superior position with respect to other creditors. If you are an Eligible Customer and your claim relates to a purchase from Dell, including any claim related to a Dell product, order or marketing of a product you purchased, your claim is subject to the Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration provision in the Dell Consumer Terms of Sale, which requires individual arbitration of claims.
