Bluetooth drivers are specific to your operating system and to the device having the right driver installed will help get the best connection possible. In our driver series videos, we provide the instructions for proper driver installation. Whether you want to install only the Bluetooth driver or you have reformatted your operating system and need to install multiple drivers.
In which case, Bluetooth is the sixth driver on the list. Check which kind of Bluetooth card your computer has open the device manager and expand network adapters to identify your Bluetooth card. In some cases, the Bluetooth driver is available within the same wireless driver package.

Next go to our website at Dell.com/Support, enter your service tag or use the tech PC on the product support page, select drivers and downloads and be sure that the correct operating system of your PC is selected within the operating system option.
Now select network in the category field, find the same driver you identified in the device manager for Bluetooth, download and install it and follow the steps. That's it.
