When requesting support from Dell, there are times when The Dell representative will need to remotely access your system In order to troubleshoot an issue.
You can allow the Dell representative to remotely access your system Using SupportAssist's DellConnect feature. Note, you can only start a DellConnect session after The Dell technical support representative enables the session.
You will not be able to initiate a session without a Dell support representative. To begin, click the Optimize My System tile. Click the Get Support tab, and then click Get Live Help with DellConnect.
Read the DellConnect Terms and Conditions and select I agree to the terms and conditions, and then click Finish. The GoToAssist service is installed on your system, And then the DellConnect session starts.
