How to Replace Hard Drive for PowerEdge R760xs

This video shows the process of removing and installing a hard drive on a PowerEdge R760xs.

In this video, we show how to replace a hard drive on a PowerEdge R760xs. Before removing a hard drive, read through and follow the safety guidelines  to protect your system from potential damage and ensure your personal safety.

Holding the release handle, slide it out of the drive slot.  Remove the four screws securing the drive to the drive carrier.  Then remove the drive. 

Align the drive with the drive carrier and install the four screws.  To install a hard drive: Slide it into the drive slot, then close the release handle to lock it in place. For more information or support, visit Dell.com/Support.
