- The Intel 2D Imaging/MCU/Visual Sensing Controller Driver for Camera must be installed for camera detection functionality on supported systems.
To find the Intel 2D Imaging/MCU/Visual Sensing Controller driver, click This Device on the Drivers and Downloads page and select Camera from the Category drop-down. If you are not on the Drivers and Downloads page, identify your product.
- If your graphics driver version is 31.0.101.5442 or later, ensure that you update the camera driver to version 16462 for 12th and 13th generation Intel processors and version 16779 for the 14th generation Intel processors or later versions.
- The Intel Integrated Sensor Solution driver and Intel serial IO driver must be installed before installing the Camera driver.
To find the Intel Integrated Sensor Solution driver and Intel serial IO driver, click This Device on the Drivers and Downloads page and select Chipset from the Category drop-down. If you are not on the Drivers and Downloads page, identify your product.
- You can follow any of the below methods to install the Intel Graphics Software:
1. Ensure to connect the system to the external network while installing the Intel graphics driver. The Intel Graphics Software installs simultaneously from the Microsoft Store with the graphics driver installation.
2. You can go to Microsoft Store and install the Intel Graphics Software.
- The Intel Graphics Software is not supported on Windows IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 Thin Client operating system.
- Intel drivers and applications take no more than 4 minutes to be installed on your system. You can install the updates in the background while using the system.

Note: Your system requires a restart after installing the driver depending on the operating system. The restart can be deferred but must be completed to ensure that the update is installed.

Download
1. Click Download File.
2. When the File Download window is displayed, click Save to save the file to your hard drive.

Installation
1. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and double-click the new file.
2. Read the information in the dialog window.
3. Download and install any prerequisites that are identified in the dialog window before proceeding.
4. Click the Install button.
5. Follow the remaining prompts to perform the update.

For Thin Client systems

Note: If the driver size is more than 900 MB, ensure to increase the RAM Disk Size to 1000 MB before installing the driver. If RAM Disk is not available, follow the below steps.

1. Log in to the Administrator account on the Thin Client.
2. Disable the Write Filter (WF) by double-clicking the WF Disable icon on the desktop.
The system auto reboots.
3. Log in to the Administrator account on the Thin Client.
4. Click Download File.
5. Double-click the EXE/MSI file and follow the on-screen instructions.
6. Enable the Write Filter by double-clicking WF Enable icon on the desktop.
The system auto reboots.
