After updating has completed successfully, the system must have AC power removed for at least 30 seconds. Do not reboot, power off with the power switch or any type of remote power off. Remove AC power by removing the AC power cord(s) from the power supply located on the back of the chassis.

Download
1.Click the location, e.g. Americas, from which you want to download the file.
2.When the File Download window appears, click Save this program to disk and click OK. The Save In window appears.
3.From the Save In drop-down menu, click to select Desktop and then click Save. The file will download to your desktop.
4.If a Download Complete window appears, click Close. A new icon appears on your desktop.
Install
1. Double-click the new icon on the desktop labeled T7400_A02.EXE.
2. The Self-Extractor window appears and prompts you to extract or unzip to C:\DELL\DRIVERS\R186550. The WinZip Self-Extractor window appears.
3. Click OK.
4. If the Self-Extractor window is still open, close it.
5. Copy all the extracted files into a directory together on a DOS bootable floppy disk or USB key.
6. Insert the floppy disk or USB key and reboot the computer.
7. Press F12 at the POST screen and select floppy disk or USB in the Boot Menu.
8. Once the system boots, change to the directory and execute "T7400A02.BAT" to perform the update.
9. Verify the update is completed successfully.

2. Reboot the system and press F12 at the POST screen to and select the CD in the Boot Menu.
