After downloading this file, save it to your local hard disk drive and
then execute the file by double clicking on it. Follow the instructions
included below.
1. Click UNZIP to extract the files to the default location. In this
case, the default is c:\temp\pcm32. If you don't want to extract the files
to this location, you are free to enter the directory of your choice. If
the directory does not exist, a directory will be created.
2. After the files have been extracted, click on the OK button to launch
the Softex PC Card Controller Setup program.
3. Accept the license agreement to continue.
4. Follow the instructions on your screen to finish the driver
installation.
5. Read the information provided regarding the Control Panel Icon for the
PC Card Controller and click "I Understand".
6. Upon completion, a dialog box will be presented stating that the Softex
Softex PC Card Controller Setup completed successfully.
7. At this point, the installation will prompt to restart the system.
Please allow the system to restart at this point.
8. Upon restart, a PC-Card Controller diagnostics dialog box will appear.
Follow the onscreen prompts through the diagnostics. The system will
restart upon completion of the PC-Card diagnostics.
** The driver can be installed at a later time by double clicking the
SETUP.EXE file in the directory in which the files were extracted to.
(See step 2 above) **
