PPDM：添加 Hyper-V 资产源失败并显示 HTTP 400 和“ZeroMQ error 11”

• WinRM HTTPS 探测日志：

Connection reached endpoint but was reset by remote host (expected for WinRM probe).

故障是由以下两种配置的组合引起的： WinRM 侦听器、SSL 证书指纹不正确或缺失、所需端口缺少防火墙规则，以及存在 PPDM 20.1 中不支持的支持 Azure Arc 的 Azure Stack HCI 群集。

• WinRM 端口 5986 上的侦听程序缺失或使用的证书与群集 FQDN 不匹配，导致连接重置。
• 防火墙不允许 TCP 5986 （WinRM HTTPS）和 TCP 5896（代理程序通信），阻止代理程序注册。
• ZeroMQ error 11 指示由于上述连接问题，Hyper-V 保护代理无法接收消息。

完成以下步骤以解决 WinRM、证书、防火墙和群集组配置问题。以下提及的所有过程均记录在《Dell PowerProtect Data Manager 20.1 Hyper-V 虚拟机用户指南》中。可在 PowerProtect Data Manager“驱动程序和下载 ”页面上以 PDF 格式下载最新版本的产品文档。 

1. 配置 WinRM HTTPS 侦听程序
   • 创建 HTTPS WinRM 每个 Hyper-V 节点的端口 5986 上的侦听程序。
   • 确保每个侦听器使用正确的证书指纹，并且 DNSNameList/SAN 包含群集名称。
   • 使用 验证侦听程序 winrm enumerate 和 Invoke-WebRequest。
2. 部署匹配的 SSL 证书
   • 生成 与群集 FQDN 匹配的 SSL 证书。
   • 将证书部署到所有群集节点。
   • 更新 每个节点的 WinRM HTTPS 侦听程序以引用新的指纹。
3. 更新防火墙规则
   • 在每个节点上添加入站规则以允许 TCP 5986 （WinRM HTTPS）和 TCP 5896（代理程序通信）。
4. 重新生成 PowerProtect Data Manager 访问配置
   • 在每个节点上运行“Regenerate PPDM Access Config”。
   • 确认 FQDN、主机名和证书指纹与预期值匹配。
5. 配置 PowerProtect Data Manager 群集组
   • 为六节点 Hyper-V 群集中的两个附加节点添加缺少的 PowerProtect Data Manager 群集组条目。
6. 验证连接
   • 将每个 Hyper-V 群集重新添加为资产源;验证所有节点是否已连接。
   • 确认 数据移动器代理安装和备份作业在未安装的情况下运行 500‑code 或 ZeroMQ 错误。
