ファイル システムのバックアップが失敗し、次のエラー メッセージが表示されます。

NMC(NetWorker管理コンソール)から タブ>に移動し、特定のワークフロー>を右クリックして詳細>を表示失敗 セクション>をダブル クリックします[ 失敗 ]セクション>完全なログを取得します。

 

Cause

  • クライアント サーバー上のVSSシャドウ コピーが高であることが原因である可能性があります。
  • システム ライター、ASRライター、WMIライター、レジストリー ライター - すべてStable状態であり、エラーは発生しません。
  • VSSの初期化が成功せず、頻繁にスタックしています。

 

Resolution

  1. クライアント サーバーでクライアント エージェント サービスのバックアップを停止します。
  2. クライアント サーバー上のすべてのnsr関連プロセスを強制終了します。
  3. VSSシステム ライターを確認します。すべてのVSSライターに対して安定している必要があります。
  4. クライアント サーバーからすべてのシャドウを削除します。
  5. サーバー ファイルのエントリーを確認します。パス:- <C:\Program Files\EMC Networker\nsr\res\servers の下のバックアップ サーバー名である必要があります。>
  6. path:- <C:\Program Files\EMC Networker\nsr\ の下にある「tmp」フォルダーの名前を変更します。>
  7. クライアント サーバーでクライアント エージェント サービスのバックアップを開始します。
  8. NetworkerユーザーGUIを開き、クライアント サーバー上のバックアップ サービスrとの接続を試みます。
