Symptoms

Il backup del file system ha esito negativo con il seguente messaggio di errore:

 

87306:save: Incorrect directory specification on line 129 of 'C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\tmp\sd000003'.
C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\tmp\sd000003 line 129: illegal token
C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\tmp\sd000003 line 129: syntax error

Da NetWorker Management Console (NMC), passare alla scheda > Fare clic con il pulsante destro del mouse su particolare sezione >Show details>Failed del workflow> Fare doppio clic sulla sezione >FailedGet full log.

 

Cause

  • Potrebbe essere dovuto al fatto che la copia shadow di VSS sul client server è elevata.
  • System Writer, ASR Writer, WMI Writer, Registry Writer - All must be in a Stable state and no error.
  • L'inizializzazione di VSS non ha avuto esito positivo e si blocca frequentemente.

 

Resolution

  1. Interrompere il backup dei servizi client agent nel client server.
  2. Terminare tutti i processi correlati a nsr sul server client.
  3. Controllare che il processo di scrittura del sistema VSS sia stabile per tutti i processi di scrittura VSS.
  4. Eliminare tutte le shadow dal client server.
  5. Controllare la voce del file dei server. Dovrebbe essere il nome del backup server in Path:- <C:\Program Files\EMC Networker\nsr\res\servers>
  6. Rinominare la cartella "tmp" nel percorso:- <C:\Program Files\EMC Networker\nsr\>
  7. Avviare il backup dei servizi client agent nel client server.
  8. Aprire la GUI di un utente NetWorker e provare a connettersi al servizio di backupsul server client.
