由於 VPLEX 管理主控台問題，AppSync 無法從 VPLEX 叢集取得 wwn：<wwn_id> 的虛擬磁碟區資訊。

此問題已在 VPLEX GeoSynchrony 程式碼版本 6.0 Service Pack 1 修補程式 4 及更新版本中修正。

因應措施：

1. 重新啟動 VPLEX 管理主控台。
2. 重新執行 AppSync 服務計劃。
