新版 Windows 10 需要使用額外的 Platform Configuration Register (PCR)，這是在開機期間用來驗證端點的值。以上未列出的 Dell Security Management Server (先前稱為 Dell Data Protection | Enterprise Edition) 和 Dell Encryption 版本不支援 Microsoft 定義和要求的所有 24 個 PCR。

將 Dell Security Management Server 更新至 9.8 版或更新版本，以及將 Dell Encryption 更新至 8.15 版或更新版本。
