取消配置并卸载 Dell Data Protection Access。
如果您的计算机上现在安装了 Dell Data Protection Access 或过去已经安装过，则在安装 Encryption Client、SED 或 Advanced Authentication 之前，您必须取消配置 Dell Data Protection Access 托管的硬件，然后卸载 Dell Data Protection Access。如果尚未使用 Dell Data Protection Access，您可以卸载 Dell Data Protection Access 并重新启动安装过程。取消调配 Dell Data Protection Access 托管硬件包括指纹读取器、智能卡读取器、BIOS 密码、TPM 和自加密驱动器。

注意：如果运行 Dell Encryption 产品，请停止或暂停加密扫描。如果运行 Microsoft BitLocker，请暂停加密策略。卸载 Dell Data Protection Access 并取消挂起 Microsoft BitLocker 策略后，按照 http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc753140.aspx 中的说明初始化 TPM。

不适用

在安装 Dell Encryption 之前，请执行以下步骤：

取消调配 Dell Data Protection Access 托管硬件。

1. 转至 Dell Data Protection 访问>高级选项卡。
2. 选择 Reset System。这要求您输入任何预配的凭据以验证您的身份。Dell Data Protection Access 验证凭据后，Dell Data Protection Access 将执行以下操作：
   • 从 Dell ControlVault 中删除所有已调配的凭据（如果存在）
   • 删除 Dell ControlVault 所有者密码（如果存在）
   • 从集成指纹读取器中删除所有已配置的指纹（如果存在）
   • 删除所有 BIOS 密码（BIOS 系统密码、BIOS 管理员密码和硬盘密码）
   • 清除可信平台模块
   • 删除 Dell Data Protection 访问凭据提供程序

计算机取消配置后，Dell Data Protection Access 会重新启动计算机以恢复 Windows 默认凭据提供程序。

3. 卸载 Dell Data Protection Access 软件。取消配置身份验证硬件后，卸载 Dell Data Protection Access。
4. 启动 Dell Data Protection Access 并执行 重置系统。

这将删除所有 Dell Data Protection 访问托管凭据和密码，并清除可信平台模块 （TPM）。

5. 单击 卸载 以启动安装程序。

卸载完成后，单击是以重新启动。
