Problema di comunicazione TLS in Dell Data Protection Virtual Edition

I criteri di Client Security Framework (agent) non estraeno correttamente. Ciò è dovuto alla comunicazione TLS con il server back-end.

Questo errore è in genere collegato a Dell Data Protection | Virtual Edition v9.2 e versioni precedenti, in cui il core server poteva parlare solo di TLS 1.0. Le versioni più recenti (9.3 e successive) dispongono di un nuovo servizio denominato Core HA Proxy e può comunicare con TLS 1.2.

Quando vengono visualizzati i seguenti errori, è necessario un aggiornamento per risolvere il problema:

2016.04.05 16:09:11 E Comm : communication exception - An error occurred while making the HTTP request to https://.com:8888/agent. This could be due to the fact that the server certificate is not configured properly with HTTP.SYS in the HTTPS case. This could also be caused by a mismatch of the security binding between the client and the server.: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

Il problema è stato risolto in v9.3 e versioni successive.

Per risolvere il problema, aggiornare il server alla versione corrente.
