NetWorker: Falha no backup do Oracle com o erro "ORA 03113 Fim do arquivo no canal de comunicação"

A seguinte mensagem de erro é exibida:

Isso ocorre porque o usuário Oracle não consegue acessar o /etc/hosts . Obackup do Oracle do NetWorker Module for Database Applications(NMDA) foi iniciado com o usuário Oracle em vez de root.
