Cause

拡張キー管理(EKM)サーバーが応答していません。サーバーが接続されていることを確認します。

トラブルシューティング

受信したアラート メッセージに示されているサーバーを見つけて、pingを実行します。

resourcesvc.log問題のEKMサーバーに関するメッセージを確認します:
コマンド: 
grep /opt/emc/caspian/fabric/agent/services/object/main/log/<EKM Server Name> resourcesvc.log
Example: 
The command will return output in the following format:
There was some error verifying connection to EKMServer {will have failed server name} in cluster. {will have failure detail}
これらのエラーは、環境内にネットワークの問題が存在する可能性を示しています。ECSとEKMサーバー間の通信がブロックされているか、EKMサーバー自体が使用できない可能性があります。ECSがEKMサーバーにpingを実行できることを確認し、EKMサーバーが機能していることを確認するようユーザーにアドバイスします。
