Exchange 2010 DAG fails due to PowerShell issues

New setup or after upgrades backups fail with the error displayed below: 

The login nsrnmmsv.raw is similar to: 

nsrnmmsv NSR critical NMM .. Exchange2010 Shell interface is unavailable. This may indicate that the PowerShell library was not properly registered.  
nsrnmmsv NSR critical Exchange2010 Shell interface is not initialized. 
 nsrnmmsv NSR critical Initialization error -- Exchange shell failed to initialize. Required for Exchange.

The same error displays when running the query command:

nsrnmmsv -A DAGNAME  -P

This is the libnmmpsmgmtexchange.dll and EseUtilsHelper.dll issue. 
These files are in the EMC NetWorker\nsr\bin folder.

 

This is because there are some type library entries still in the registry, which must be cleaned. 
Regasm is located under C:\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\RegAsm.exe.
