This article provides the steps to download the VMware Carbon Black Cloud Endpoint sensor from the VMware Carbon Black Cloud.

Affected Operating Systems:

  • Windows
  • Mac
  • Linux
Note: Alternatively, the VMware Carbon Black Cloud Endpoint sensor can be downloaded from an email invite. For more information about this process, reference How to Obtain the VMware Carbon Black Cloud Endpoint Activation Code.
Note: [REGION] = Region of tenant
Note: The layout in the example may differ slightly from your environment.
  1. In a web browser, go to [REGION].conferdeploy.net.
  2. Sign In to the VMware Carbon Black Cloud.

  3. In the left menu pane, click ENDPOINTS.

  4. In the upper right, select Sensor Options and then click Download sensor kits.

  5. Select the appropriate VERSION then download on the associated SENSOR KIT.
