Questo articolo illustra la procedura per eseguire il backup e importare i report personalizzati utilizzati da Dell Security Management Server (in precedenza Dell Data Protection Enterprise Edition Server).

Un amministratore può eseguire il backup o importare i report in Dell Security Management Server:

  • Per aggiornare Dell Security Management Server
  • Per testare problemi di reporting
  • Per importare i report forniti da Dell Data Security ProSupport
Nota: Compliance Reporter è disabilitato per impostazione predefinita nei server Dell Data Security v10.1 e versioni successive. Per ulteriori informazioni su come abilitare Compliance Reporter, fare riferimento a Come abilitare Compliance Reporter per i server Dell Data Security.

Backup

Da Dell Security Management Server, eseguire il backup Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\web-inf\reports\db.

Nota: il percorso di Compliance Reporter potrebbe differire dall'esempio se durante l'installazione è stata scelta un'altra directory.

Importazione

  1. Cliccare con il pulsante destro del mouse sul menu Start di Windows e scegliere Esegui.

  2. Nell'interfaccia utente Esegui , digitare services.msc e premere OK. In questo modo si apre l'interfaccia utente dei servizi .

  3. Nell'interfaccia utente dei servizi , cliccare con il pulsante destro del mouse su Dell Compliance Reporter , quindi scegliere Arresta.

  4. Accedere al Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\web-inf\reports\db e quindi eliminare:
    • cmgreports.<VALUE>.log
    • cmgreports.data
    • cmgreports.index
    • cmgreports.lock
    • cmgreports.trace
    Eliminare i file
    Nota:
    • il percorso di Compliance Reporter potrebbe differire dall'esempio se durante l'installazione è stata scelta un'altra directory.
    • In cmgreport.<VALUE>.log, [VALUE] rappresenta un valore numerico che può variare nell'ambiente in uso.
  5. Spostare i seguenti file dal backup o dal report personalizzato in Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\web-inf\reports\db:
    • cmgreports.<VALUE>.log
    • cmgreports.data
    • cmgreports.index
    • cmgreports.lock
    • cmgreports.trace
    Spostare i file
  6. Dall'interfaccia utente dei servizi , cliccare con il pulsante destro del mouse su Dell Compliance Reporter , quindi scegliere Avvia.
