Symptoms

The following Alienware devices are not detected after installing or updating Alienware Command Center to version 6.0 or later:

  • Alienware 7.1 Wired Gaming Headset - AW510H
  • Alienware Wireless Gaming Headset - AW988
  • Alienware Advanced Gaming Keyboard - AW568
  • Alienware Pro Gaming Keyboard - AW768
  • Alienware Advanced Gaming Mouse - AW558
  • Alienware Elite Gaming Mouse - AW958
  • Alienware Elite Gaming Mouse - AW959

Cause

The Alienware devices listed above are not supported in Alienware Command Center version 6.0 and later.

Resolution

It is advised to use Alienware Command Center version 5.5 if you have an Alienware AW510H, AW988, AW568, AW768, AW558, AW958, or AW959 device.

If you have installed Alienware Command Center version 6.0 or later, uninstall it, and install version 5.5.
