TAPPs Limitation Incomplete Thermal Rule Execution

TAPP is a reactive deep computer analysis tool integrated into SupportAssist to assess hardware health and its impact on computer performance for in-warranty customers. TAPP uses advanced telemetry to provide real-time insights, automatically diagnose, and resolve issues.
However, on certain platforms, the Thermal Rule may face limitations due to specific chipset configurations or an Intel Innovation Platform Framework (IPF) driver that does not fully support the Thermal Rule steps. This can result in incomplete diagnostics and customers may encounter an error message.
Additionally, SupportAssist might suggest updating the IPF driver from the support website or by clicking Check for Updates, even though such a driver is not available for these platforms.
Cause
Chipset configuration limitation causes this issue.
