Symptoms

PostgreSQL version 13.13 is End of Life as of November 13, 2025.

This software is embedded in the Data Protection Advisor (DPA) datastore.

Cause

PostgreSQL 13.13 is End of Life as of November 13, 2025.

Resolution

Dell continues to provide full support for DPA including security patches and updates for all third-party components (including PostgreSQL 13.x).

This issue has been escalated as a priority to engineering for a supported PostgreSQL into the first available patch or service pack for DPA in FY27. The timing is to be determined. For additional technical clarity, PostgreSQL is a third-party component used by DPA and not considered purely a DPA product interop issue.
