AppSync: Não foi possível configurar notificações SNMP para alertas

Symptoms

Para configurar notificações SNMP, acesse Alerts > SNMP Notifications. Clique em Add. Selecione o destino de interceptação desejado no menu suspenso Destination.
No entanto, ele permanece no estado "Nenhum dado disponível" e as configurações não estão sendo aplicadas.
