Symptoms
PowerFlex Gateway UI에 액세스할 수 없게 되었지만 CLI에서 게이트웨이에 연결할 수 있습니다.
PowerFlex Gateway UI에서 다음 오류를 반환합니다.
HTTP Status 404 - Not Found Type Status Report Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists. Apache Tomcat/8.5.65
Cause
여기서 근본 원인은 파일이 /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes/gatewayUser.properties 좋은 형식이 아닙니다. 이 경우 하단에 누락된 부품이 있습니다.
Resolution
아래의 로그 및 파일을 분석했습니다. /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway 파일을 찾았습니다. /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes/gatewayUser.properties 손상되었습니다.
파일 하단에 부분이 없습니다.
이 파일은 백업에서 복원하거나 다른 클러스터의 유사한 파일과 비교하여 복원해야 합니다.
이 작업이 완료되면 게이트웨이 서비스를 다시 시작합니다.
#systemctl restart scaleio-gateway
