Symptoms
PowerFlex GatewayUI 变得无法访问，但可以从 CLI 访问网关。
PowerFlex GatewayUI 返回错误：
HTTP Status 404 - Not Found Type Status Report Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists. Apache Tomcat/8.5.65
Cause
这里的根本原因是文件 /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes/gatewayUser.properties 格式不好。它缺少部件，在本例中位于底部。
Resolution
分析了以下位置的日志和文件： /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway 并发现该文件 /opt/emc/scaleio/gateway/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes/gatewayUser.properties 已损坏。
文件底部缺少部分：
必须从备份中恢复此文件，或者通过将其与其他群集中的类似文件进行比较来恢复。
