Symptoms

Cause

受影响的版本：

  • PowerStoreOS：任何版本
  • vSphere：任何版本
  •  Virtual Storage Integrator：  VSI 1.7 及更低版本

 

如果在 PowerStore 快照期间运行的虚拟机占用了系统，则无法管理用于恢复系统的已分配空间。  在已关闭的虚拟机上执行的一些测试也证实了这一说法。 

Resolution

解决办法：

  • 在所需的虚拟机还原日期，使用快照从 PowerStore 手动创建视图卷。
  • 在 VCenter 中使用新签名装载 VMFS 
  • VMotion 虚拟机到恢复卷 
  • 卸载并删除 View 卷
