Symptoms

此问题可能会出现在各种症状中，这些症状通常在会话长时间处于空闲状态（1-2 小时）后发生

  • 将 vCenter Server 升级到 8.0.3.00200 后，vSphere Client 变得不稳定，并且会话发生超时。
  • 加载圆圈指示器持续旋转。
  • 浏览清单可能会失败，并显示错误，例如“您没有查看此对象的权限或它已被删除”，如下所示：
    • 尝试登录客户端时，登录按钮可能会灰显。
    • 身份验证可能会失败，并显示以下错误：获取身份提供商时出错

Cause

此问题是由于版本中 Tomcat 中 RECYCLE_FACADES 的默认行为发生了变化。 

Resolution

此问题已在 vCenter Server 8.0U 3c 版本 - 发行说明链接中得到修复 
 

要解决此问题，请使用以下步骤禁用RECYCLE_FACADES。

  1. 使用 SSH 登录到 vCenter Server
     
  2. 创建 catalina.properties 文件的备份。
      
    cp /usr/lib/vmware-vsphere-ui/server/conf/catalina.properties /root/catalina.properties.bak

     
  3. 运行以下命令，在原始 catalina.properties 文件的末尾添加一行以禁用 RECYCLE_FACADES。
      
    echo "org.apache.catalina.connector.RECYCLE_FACADES=false" >> /usr/lib/vmware-vsphere-ui/server/conf/catalina.properties

     
  4. 使用以下命令重新启动 vsphere-ui 服务。
      
    service-control --restart vsphere-ui
